The BD-65-RCB350 is a commercial workboat designed to operate in the most extreme environments with minimal maintenance, The High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) construction material provides the vessel with tremendous strength and permanent intact buoyancy.  The result is an almost indestructible workboat ideal for working in harsh marine environments. 

HULL CONSTRUCTION

• Scantlings constructed to ISO 12215 and Bureau Veritas (BV) standards requirements
• Hull plates, frames and deck constructed from 12mm HDPE sheets
• The vessel hull design uses a proven deep ‘V’ design with a 19⁰ dead rise
• Cargo lashing points will be fitted to the deck subject to client requirement
• 6 x mooring cleats fitted 3 x starboard and 3 x port

DECK, BULWARKS & ANCHOR LOCKER

• The free draining deck is constructed out of 12mm HDPE 
• Bulwarks fitted with ring fairleads holes for mooring lines
• Forward Anchor Locker – Anchor chain and rope is housed within an HDPE constructed locker

HELM & SEATING

• Helm Console –navigation equipment, helm controls and emergency batteries.
• Seating – (1) one bench seat aft of the console.
• Screen – 1 x Bulldog bolt-in type with toughened glass. Consisting of 1 fixed front window.
• Hydraulic Steering – Single station hydraulic steering.
• Fixings – All of marine grade stainless steel for fixings, hinges and handles.  

ENGINE

• Honda, Mercury, Yamaha, Tohatsu (extra-long shaft)
• Single side-mount controls. 

FUEL

• The location of the fuel tank is above the deck, within a specially constructed locker with dedicated ventilation
• Capacity on this boat is a Single 30 litre tank. (Alternative fuel tank capacity options available, subject to quotation & additional cost)
• Fuel level indicator mounted in the tank and connected to the console indicator
• Fuel system on the BD65 is fitted with water separator filters and water traps
• The fuel fill on the BD65 is located aft, with inline stainless-steel ball valves
